Michael Ward
Michael Ward is Associate Professor of Economics at the ANU Crawford School, having earned his PhD in economics at the University of Washington. Dr. Ward's research in water economics focuses on issues of urban water supply and demand. Recent research includes work on dynamic water pricing, efficiency of water restrictions, and determinants of household water consumption. In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Ward has acted as a consultant for a number of government agencies, and currently serves as an Associate Editor of the Australian Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics.
